Full Time Players: To secure your position for next season, submit an application with an EMT down payment of $50.00 or
a cheque for $475.00 dated Oct. 1, 2025 payable to LEO Hockey, or a cash down payment of $50.00.
If paying by EMT or cash, the remainder is due Oct. 1, 2025.
NOTE: The deposit is non refundable after August 1, 2025 if you choose not to play, NSF cheques are $25.00.

New Applicant or Spare: If you wish to join the league as a spare/full time player, submit an application for league review.

  I agree to act in accordance with the applicable Middlesex London Health Unit guidelines and observe the City of London's arena health and safety protocols when participating in LEOHL activities and events.
  I agree to abide by the LEOHL Bylaws and Playing Rules as posted at www.leohl.ca/rules.html, and to yield to all league officials as a condition of participation.
  I further agree that LEOHL executives, officials, members or participants shall not be liable for any harm or injuries to my person, or loss or damage to my personal property resulting from my participation in league activities.
